该职位来源于猎聘 We are seeking a proactive individual to join a well-funded, cash-flow-positive, software start- up serving life science researchers. The Customer Success Scientist will join a dynamic team responsible for interfacing with our customers, providing both pre-sales and post-sales support, and ensuring that customers are successful with our products. We expect the applicant to be eligible to be based in Shanghai. 我们正在上海寻找一个有着积极工作状态的应用工程师，能够加入到资金链充足，使命为用软件推动生命科学研究的团体。 您将负责与我们的客户对接，并提供售前和售后支持，使客户成功地使用我们的产品。 Pre-Sales Responsibilities: 1) Work with Sales teams to provide pre-sales support, such as performing product demos, holding detailed scientific discussions, etc., essential to closing new business and in support of Sales teams meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual Sales quotas. 配合与支持销售团队，提供售前支持，如产品演示、项目沟通、提供科学的解决方案等； 2) Use best practices for pre-sales demos and customer evaluations. 进行售前 demo 演示和客户评估； 3) Helping customers assess how our products align with their needs. 帮助客户了解公司的产品，并使客户了解产品可以如何解决客户的诉求； 4) Providing compelling demos of our products to match a customer’s needs. 提供用户数据的 demo 分析，以满足客户的诉求； Post-sales Responsibilities: 1) Ensure that Protein Metrics customers are adept at using the software. 确保客户能够熟练使用软件； 2) Providing training for the customers to climb the learning curve rapidly (online and onsite). 为指定客户提供现场及网络培训； 3) Implement appropriate processes and tools are used to guarantee customer success i.e., proper capture and tracking of customer support cases. 采用适当的流程和工具来保证客户成功，即适当发现和随访客户的应用案例； 4) Always maintain professional communication to Customers. 维护与客户进行良好专业沟通； 5) Act as Customer Advocate to Customer Success manager, product management and development teams: for issues and escalations; for prioritization of new features and improvements based on Customer input and observations of team. 站在客户角度服务客户： 解决客户问题，定期提供升级; 根据客户的投入和对客户团队 的观察，确定新功能和改进的优先顺序； 6) When needed, support Marketing to provide domain expertise for marketing initiatives (conference and webinar support, application notes, recurring newsletters, etc.). 支持市场部门宣传，提供领域专业知识（会议和网络研讨会支持、应用说明等）； 7) Provide internal domain expertise to Customer Success Manager, development, and product teams. Provide requirements and prioritization of customer feature requests. Provide full integration/workflow testing of a released product. Be an interface between sales/customers and the development team. 为客户提供内部领域的专业知识： 对客户特定需求提供优先级和解决方案；提供产品的完整集成/工作流程测试； 成为销售、客户和开发团队之间的接口。 Qualifications 职位要求 1) Master’s degree or above. 硕士及以上学历； 2) Hands-on experience with protein mass spectrometry data analysis. Knowledge of mass spectrometry and software applications for protein characterization is essential for this job. 有 LC-MS（Q-Tof、Orbitrap 等都可，品牌不限）质谱数据分析的经验， 对质谱的工作 原理及蛋白质表征软件有一定的知识储备； 3) Hands-on experience with data analysis in industry OR experience in providing technical support to customers. 在生物制药 R&D、QC 等部门质谱数据分析的实际经验，或有为客户提供技术支持方面 的经验； 4) Ability to understand the wider needs of the biopharmaceutical industry for handling analytical data for biotherapeutic development and production. 能够理解生物制药行业中，生物治疗开发和生产中对于数据分析的广泛诉求； 5) Ability to quickly learn the software inside and out, eventually leading to a deep understanding of our software applications. 能够快速学习软件，能对软件应用有深刻理解； 6) Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese. 英语和普通话书写口头表达流利； 7) Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines. 合理分配项目时间，按期完成任务； 8) Preference for candidates with experience with Protein Metrics software and workflows. 有 Protein Metrics 软件和工作流程经验的优先考虑； 9) Some travel will be required. 能接受出差。
