该职位来源于猎聘 1.预研项目开发：根据预研项目整椅需求进行预研项目骨架的开发，按时完成预研项目各节点交付物 2.轻量化骨架：结合新材料、新结构、新工艺等搭建满足法规强度要求的轻量化骨架（如镁铝合金骨架、高强度钢骨架等） 3.技术资源储备：根据预研项目整椅开发规划，识别和挖掘核心件新材料资源，进行技术交流和开发能力调研 4.新材料&新技术：跟踪国内外骨架相关技术的发展动态，对跨领域及跨界玩家进行骨架相关新技术追踪，为骨架预研提供方向 5.创新开发：负责骨架新结构相关新材料/新技术的研究和创新工作，协助进行前瞻方案的验证 6.竞品对标分析：分析竞品座椅的骨架结构优势和技术亮点，用于提升我司产品优势 7.新结构规范建立：组织建立企业级的骨架新结构设计规范和技术规范 8.舒适性提升：根据预研新技术&新材料等研究成果，配合发泡工程师提升座椅舒适性
