负责定义、管理和验证整车上所有电气电子系统的功能安全要求与架构Be responsible for defining, managing and verifying thefunctional safety requirements and architecture of all electrical and electronic systems on the vehicle。 二， 岗位职责 1，主导或参与从概念阶段到生产运营的整个电器系统设计的功能安全生命周期活动Lead or participate in thefunctional safety life cycle activities of the entire electrical system design from the concept stage toproduction and operation 2，组织并主持电器系统级别的HARA分析，定义相关项的功能安全目标。Organize and preside over HARA analysisat the electrical system level, and define the functional safety objectives of relevant items. 3，制定功能安全概念，并分解为技术安全概念，输出系统/硬件的安全需求Formulate functional safety concepts,break them down into technical safety concepts, and output the safety requirements of the system/hardware。 4，编写和维护关键的功能安全文档，包括但不限于《安全计划》、《HARA报告》、《FSC》、《TSC》、《FMEA》、《FMEDA》、《安全案例》，《DIA》等Write and maintain key functional safety documents, including but not limited to the "Safety Plan", "HARA Report", "FSC", "TSC", "FMEA", "FMEDA", "Safety Case", "DIA", etc。 5，与系统、硬件、软件团队紧密合作，确保安全需求在设计和架构中得到正确实现，并参与相关技术评审Work closely with the system, hardware and software teams to ensure that security requirements are correctly implemented in the design and architecture, and participate in relevant technical reviews。 6，协助测试团队制定功能安全测试用例和验证计划，确保安全机制的有效性，并审核测试报告Assist the testing team in formulating functional safety test cases and verification plans, ensure the effectiveness of safety mechanisms, and review test reports。 7，与供应商进行技术对接，审核供应商提供的功能安全文档，确保外购件符合功能安全要求Conduct technical coordination with suppliers, review the functional safety documents provided by suppliers, and ensure that purchased parts meet functional safety requirements 8，参与公司功能安全流程体系的建设和完善，确保开发活动符合流程要求Participate in the construction and improvement of the company's functional safety process system to ensure that development activities comply with process requirements 9，整合所有供应商和内部系统的安全证据，构建整车的安全案例，向管理层和认证机构证明整车已满足功能安全目标Integrate the safety evidence of all suppliers and internal systems, construct the safety case of the entire vehicle, and prove to the management and certification bodies that the entire vehicle has met the functional safety goals 10，制定整车级别的功能安全集成测试与验证计划。主导或参与在实车或高端仿真平台上的测试，验证安全机制在真实系 统交互环境下的有效性Formulate a functional safety integration testing and verification plan at the vehicle level. Take the lead or participate in tests on real vehicles or high-end simulation platforms to verify the effectiveness of safety mechanisms in real system interaction environments 11，审查整车的E/E架构，确保其支持功能安全概念，例如冗余通信路径、电源冗余、监控机制等是否在架构层面得以实现Review the E/E architecture of the entire vehicle to ensure that it supports functional safety concepts,such as redundant communication paths, power redundancy, monitoring mechanisms, etc., and whether they are implemented at the architectural level。 12，审核供应商提交的功能安全文档（如技术安全概念、安全分析报告、FMEDA等），评估其设计方案和安全机制是否能满足整车要求。Review the E/E architecture of the entire vehicle to ensure that it supports functional safety concepts, such as redundant communication paths, power redundancy, monitoring mechanisms,etc., and whether they are implemented at the architectural level 13，将整车级的安全目标和要求，逐级分解到各个域控制器 和电气系统。Review the functional safety documents submitted by suppliers (such as technical safety concepts, safety analysis reports, FMEDA, etc.) and assess whether their design plans and safety mechanisms can meet the requirements of the entire vehicle. 三， 任职资格 1， 3年以上汽车行业功能安全相关工作经验，完整参与过至少1个基于ISO 26262标准的量产项目开发周期More than 3 years of working experience related to functional safety in the automotive industry, having fully participated in the development cycle of at least one mass production project based on the ISO 26262 standard

2， 深刻理解并熟练掌握ISO 26262标准，对其各部分要求有实战经验熟练掌握HARA、FTA、FMEA、FMEDA等核心安全分析方法具备扎实的汽车电子电气架构知识，了解常见的汽车总线（如CAN， LIN， 以太网）及嵌入式系统原理

熟练使用相关工具（如Medini Analyze, ANSA, PREEvision等）者优先Have a profound understanding and proficient mastery of the ISO 26262 standard, and have practical experience in the requirements of each part of it

Proficient in core safety analysis methods such as HARA, FTA, FMEA, and FMEDA Possess solid knowledge of automotive electronic and electrical architecture, and be familiar with common automotive buses (such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and the principles of embedded systems Those who are proficient in using relevant tools (such as Medini Analyze, ANSA, PREEvision, etc.) are preferred.
