该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.1）Lead a team of supplier readiness and development experts & managers in the region; 2）Ensure and develop a highly skilled and trained team; 3）Close collaboration with internal stakeholders, R&D, plant QM, Logistics, strategic procurement, and etc; 4）Foster stakeholder management in the EMEA plants by regular visits in the EMEA plants. 2.1）Regional responsibility for the initial supplier approval (pre-audit & release audit) for export supplier in alignment with SPM APAC Head; 2）Ensure supplier readiness for export supply base by applying designated tool-sets and methods (incl. new supplier onboarding).

• Provide support, appropriate resources and methods to ensure successful part industrialization (for pre-defined parts).
• Guarantee PPAP approval for all export parts (PPAP approved in China) and continues delieveries with 0 PPM target.
• Ensure industrialisation reporting MG3 and permanent alignment with the EMEA organisation. 6.1）Application, optimization and development of Supplier performance scorecards; 2）Guarantee application and execution of the established supplier escalation processes (internally & externally); 3）De-escalation of escalated risk suppliers, drive supplier capability and continuous improvement actions by applying supplier development tool-sets & methods; 4）Use regional risk organization to detect the potential risk of supply base and accordingly to establish necessary mitigation actions and measures; 5）Key contributor for process improvements and standards to enhance regional and global alignment as well. 任职要求：
• Bachelor degree or above, major in business or engineering.
• Over 8 years industrial working experience, including 5+ years team management experience; OEM, manufacturing or automotive industry background is required.
• Proficient in supplier quality engineering, supplier development & performance management, familiar with global matrix organization, NPD industrialization and full PPAP submission & approval process.
• Excellent project management, data analysis, problem-solving and decision-making skills, proficient in presentation, reporting and process optimization.
• Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills for international business communication.
