海外销售主管/经理

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责 1、管理所负责区域的销售团队 Manage sales team in the responsible region. 2、在上级的指导下制定团队的业务指标，进行业务分解并指导团队达成业绩 Under the guidance of the Leader, establish the team's business indicators, decompose the business and guide the team to achieve target. 3、主要负责PPN在国内的新能源业务开发，若有需要可支持其他区域新能源业务的推进 Mainly responsible for the development of PPN's NEV business in China, and can support the promotion of NEV business in other regions if necessary. 4、负责跟踪区域内所有订单、回款情况（包括开发及量产阶段），以及客户关系维护 Responsible for tracking all orders and payment collection in the region (including the development and mass production stages), and customer relationship maintenance. 5、支持KAM拜访客户，定期分析阐明客户需求以及市场趋势 Support KAM to visit customers, regular continuous analysis and clarification of customer request and market trend. 6、配合以及协调其他部门，满足客户多样性需求，以及快速解决客户抱怨 Cooperate and coordinate other departments to meet customer diversified request and also quickly solve customer complaint. 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，工科专业 Bachelor’s degree and above，majored in engineering. 2、至少5年相关销售经验，汽车行业相关 Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably in Auto. 3、需要有汽车变速器行业研发、项目或者销售经验，在新能源领域有经验者优先 Experience in R&D, project or sales in automatic transmission industry is needed, and experience in NEV is preferred. 4、客户导向，关注目标结果达成 Customer-orientated and focus on target achieving results 5、很强的汽车领域技术背景，有快速学习和提升能力 Strong technical (automotive) background, quick learning and improvement ability. 6、很好的沟通和协调能力，可以独立工作，很强的承压能力 Good communication and coordination skills, able to work independently, strong ability to work under pressure. 7、可以接受频繁出差 Accept frequent business trips. 8、英语可正常交流者优先 English is preferred.
