- 负责公司质量管理体系的建立、维护与持续改进
- 主导产品质量控制与检验标准的制定及执行
- 推动质量问题的分析、解决及预防措施落地
- 协调跨部门质量改进项目，提升产品合格率与客户满意度
- 管理质量团队日常运作，优化工作流程与资源配置
- 参与新产品研发过程，提供质量管控方案与技术指导
任职要求：
- 近3年毕业的优秀应届毕业生，不限专业
- 具备优秀的逻辑分析能力与问题解决能力
- 具有较强的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神
- 具备持续学习意愿及抗压能力
- 有项目管理经验或研发实习经历者优先
- 对产品研发流程和质量控制方法有基本认知
