工作职责： 1. 负责换热器 OEM 项目的全生命周期管理，包括项目启动、计划制定、开发推进、试产、量产及项目收尾。 Lead the full project lifecycle for heat exchanger OEM programs, including project kickoff, planning, development, pilot production, mass production, and project closure. 2. 作为客户与公司内部团队的主要联络窗口，协调销售、研发、工程、质量、采购、生产及供应链等部门，确保项目按计划交付。 Serve as the main interface between customers and internal teams, coordinating Sales, R&D, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery. 3. 制定并维护项目总体计划、关键节点、资源安排、风险清单及预算，并定期向管理层和客户汇报项目进展。 Develop and maintain overall project plans, milestones, resource allocation, risk registers, and budgets; provide regular progress updates to management and customers. 4. 推动产品开发、工艺开发、样品制作、测试验证、客户审批及量产导入，确保满足客户技术、质量、成本和交期要求。 Drive product and process development, sample builds, testing and validation, customer approvals, and production launch to meet customer requirements for technology, quality, cost, and delivery. 5. 主导车用项目的 APQP 各阶段策划、评审、交付物跟踪及问题闭环，确保满足客户和行业要求。 Lead planning, reviews, deliverable tracking, and issue closure for each phase of automotive APQP programs, ensuring compliance with customer and industry requirements. 6. 识别并推动解决项目中的技术、质量、供应、成本和交付风险，协调跨部门资源，确保问题及时闭环。 Identify and resolve project risks relating to technical issues, quality, supply, cost, and delivery; coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure timely closure. 7. 组织客户会议、项目例会及内部评审，使用英语进行日常沟通、报告和商务技术协调。 Organize customer meetings, project reviews, and internal meetings; conduct daily communication, reporting, and technical-business coordination in English. 8. 跟踪项目成本、报价假设及变更管理，支持项目盈利目标和持续改善。 Track project costs, quotation assumptions, and change management to support project profitability and continuous improvement. 9. 建立并维护完整的项目文件、客户需求、技术资料及项目经验总结，持续优化项目管理流程。 Establish and maintain complete project documentation, customer requirements, technical records, and lessons learned to continuously improve project-management processes. 任职要求：1. 本科及以上学历，机械工程、热能工程、材料工程、工业工程或相关专业；毕业于重点高校者优先。 Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline; graduates of leading universities are preferred. 2. 具备换热器 OEM 行业丰富的项目管理或产品开发经验，熟悉铜管铝翅片、微通道或其他相关换热器产品及制造工艺者优先。 Extensive project management or product-development experience in the heat exchanger OEM industry. Experience with fin-and-tube, microchannel, or other heat exchanger products and manufacturing processes is preferred. 3. 熟练掌握并能独立应用车用行业 APQP 流程，熟悉 PPAP、FMEA、8D、质量体系及量产导入管理。 Proficient in independently applying automotive APQP processes; familiar with PPAP, FMEA, 8D, quality systems, and production-launch management. 4. 英语听说读写流利，可将英语作为日常工作语言，能够独立主持英文会议、撰写英文报告，并与海外客户高效沟通。 Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to use English as the working language; capable of independently leading meetings, preparing reports, and communicating effectively with overseas customers. 5. 具备优秀的跨部门协调、沟通谈判、计划管理和问题解决能力，能够在多项目及紧迫交期环境下推进工作。 Strong cross-functional coordination, communication, negotiation, planning, and problem-solving skills; able to work effectively in a multi-project and time-sensitive environment. 6. 具备较强的客户意识、责任心和结果导向，能够适应必要的国内外出差。 Strong customer focus, ownership, and results orientation; willing to travel domestically and internationally as required. 7. 具备成熟的职业素养与管理能力；建议优先考虑具备相应行业经验、能够长期稳定履职的候选人。 Demonstrates mature professional judgment and management capability; preference may be given to candidates with relevant industry experience and the ability to provide long-term, stable performance.
