工作职责： 该岗位为爸爸当家节目统筹组招聘 1、统筹真人秀节目的彩排及录制全流程，协调导演、摄像、灯光、音频、舞美等各工种 2、对接并统筹后期制作需求，确保前期拍摄素材与后期剪辑逻辑顺畅衔接 3、负责录制现场的整体统筹调度，包括流程把控、应急处理、信息上传下达 岗位要求： 1、具备大型综艺节目统筹经验或棚内真人秀统筹经验的在校生 2、具备优秀的沟通协调与应变能力，能有效处理现场突发状况 3、逻辑清晰，善于整合多方资源，具备一定的抗压能力和团队协作精神 4、可以实习到10月份
