岗位职责： 1、AI游戏策划：结合虎扑社区的优势和人群特点，结合AI工具产出特色AI小游戏 2、内容传播：挖掘AI游戏的内容爆点，挖掘并建联站外高契合度KOL/KOC，对推广与拉新结果负责 3、创作者运营：负责站外创作者挖掘、对接与引入；维护站内核心创作者社群，提升活跃度和粘性 任职条件： 1、实习时长： 每周保证 4-5天出勤，且实习期能持续3个月以上（能长期实习者优先） 2、内容sense：虎扑深度用户优先，对用户画像有一定认知，熟悉内容生态、能快速捕捉不同领域热点事件 3、沟通与执行： 性格开朗，沟通能力强，能与创作者建立良好的合作沟通关系 4、学历要求： 在校大学生（本科或研究生）
职位薪资：
150-150/天
