技术总监 / 架构师

岗位职责 / Responsibilities:

• 负责技术方向与最终架构拍板，把控系统边界与核心性能指标。
  Take full accountability for technical direction and final architecture decisions; define system boundaries and core performance metrics.
• 审查及优化由 AI 设计或辅助生成的微服务架构方案。
  Review and optimize microservices architecture designs generated or assisted by AI tools.
• 负责核心代码 Review 及技术攻关，确保系统高可用与高扩展性。
  Lead core code reviews and tackle key technical challenges to ensure high availability and scalability.

任职要求 / Requirements:

• 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，具备 8 年以上大型金融系统或高并发架构经验。
  Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields, with 8+ years of experience in large-scale financial systems or high-concurrency architecture.
• 精通分布式系统设计，熟悉微服务架构、容器化技术及云原生生态。
  Expertise in distributed system design, familiar with microservices architecture, containerization, and cloud-native ecosystems.
• 具备将 AI 工具深度应用于架构设计与开发流程的实践经验。
  Proven experience in deeply integrating AI tools into architecture design and development workflows.
• 具备中资或外资券商、银行科技部门工作经验者优先。
  Experience in fintech, traditional brokerages, or banking technology departments is highly preferred.
