岗位职责 / Responsibilities:

• 专职负责券商BSS系统、交易所、撮合引擎、账户资产清算、风控等核心模块的设计与开发。
  Responsible for the design and development of core modules including broker BSS systems, exchanges, matching engines, account asset settlement, and risk control.
• 深度优化系统性能，实现极致的低延迟（Low-Latency）与高吞吐量处理。
  Deeply optimize system performance to achieve ultra-low latency and high-throughput processing.
• 编写高质量、可维护的代码，并参与系统重构。
  Write high-quality, maintainable code and participate in system refactoring.

任职要求 / Requirements:

• 精通 C++ 或 Go 编程语言，具备扎实的底层网络编程及多线程开发经验。
  Proficient in C++ or Go programming languages, with solid experience in low-level network programming and multi-threading development.
• 熟练使用 AI 代码生成及调试工具，能显著提升开发与重构效率。
  Skilled in using AI code generation and debugging tools to significantly improve development and refactoring efficiency.
• 良好的算法与数据结构基础，熟悉主流消息中间件与内存数据库。
  Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures, familiar with mainstream message middleware and in-memory databases.
• 具备券商、交易所或顶级金融科技公司核心交易系统开发经验者优先。
  Experience in core trading system development at brokerage firms, exchanges, or top-tier fintech companies is preferred.
