About the role

Join our professional financial planning team to develop business across the China-Hong Kong dual markets. The role involves providing comprehensive financial planning services to individual and corporate clients, expanding high-end financial product markets, maintaining client relationships, and building and managing professional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial and protection needs analysis for individual and corporate clients, and provide customised professional financial planning solutions and one-on-one advisory services
• Promote and sell high-end financial products, plan and implement various business promotion activities, and develop cross-border client resources between China and Hong Kong
• Follow up on client after-sales matters, improve the client service system, handle cross-border insurance policy matters, and maintain long-term stable client relationships
• Build, develop, and manage professional financial planning teams to drive business development and achieve team and individual performance growth
