What they need
- 與利害關係人(客戶、產品經理)確認專案範圍、需求與里程碑，明確專案目標與交付項目。
- 規劃專案時程(含甘特圖、To-Do List)，制定關鍵路徑並持續追蹤執行進度，確保專案如期推進。
- 協調人力、預算與設備等資源配置，提升專案執行效率與整體效能。
- 擔任設計、研發、採購、生產、品質(QC)、物流及行銷等部門之溝通橋樑，確保資訊傳遞順暢。
- 主持專案啟動會(Kick-off)、進度會議(Weekly Meeting)，並產出會議紀錄與追蹤決議事項。
- 負責產品規格書(Spec)、專案文件建立與維護，並追蹤各階段認證與相關文件進度。
- 主動辨識專案風險，預測潛在延誤因素，並提出應對策略與改善措施。
- 監控生產進度與良率，確保產品品質符合規格要求，並順利達成量產與交付目標。
- 其他主管交辦事項。
