About the Role

We are seeking an HR Digitalization Specialist to lead the configuration, implementation, testing and go-live support of SAP SuccessFactors EC module and the iteration & delivery of internal self-developed organization and personnel systems. This role bridges the gap between HR business users and internal digital product teams, providing systematic solution design, ensuring stable system operation and end-to-end project delivery, and driving continuous process optimization and product upgrading. The candidate will play a vital role in empowering HR digital transformation and improving overall human resource management efficiency, based in Foshan with occasional business trips as required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Independently lead the implementation and construction of SAP SuccessFactors EC module, including configuration, development, testing and go-live support based on business requirements.
2. Troubleshoot daily system issues for subsidiaries, respond to user requests timely and guarantee stable system operation.
3. Develop and manage self-developed domestic HR organization & personnel products; lead the team to optimize products and deliver business demands.
4. Design systematic solutions for new user requirements, oversee full project implementation, coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
5. Manage product operation and full lifecycle, communicate closely with end users to elevate user satisfaction.
6. Keep track of industry trends and new technologies of SAP SuccessFactors and HR personnel systems, and apply relevant know-how into daily work.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Management, Human Resources or related majors preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC module; holding multiple SF certifications is a plus.
3. Capable of independent SF EC implementation; familiar with standard HR processes, system operations and backend configurations of EC module.
4. Solid project management skills to drive project progress and ensure on-time delivery.
5. Excellent communication, presentation and coordination skills with strong teamwork awareness.
6. Proficient in document drafting, able to produce clear product prototypes and PRDs.
7. Good English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing; able to read English documents and communicate with overseas colleagues.
