CMT Shift: Weekend

About the Role:

As a CMT, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include administering and assisting with medications, monitoring medical records, promoting resident safety and well-being, and providing direct care when needed. With your flexibility and team-oriented mindset, you will contribute to creating a positive and supportive environment for our residents and staff alike.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and assist residents with self-administration of prescribed medications under RN/LPN supervision
• Monitor, document, and maintain accurate medical records in accordance with all regulations
• Promote resident safety and well-being in all aspects of care
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Encourage social engagement and foster a positive community environment
• Supervise and support CNA staff and provide direct care when needed
• Transport residents to meals and activities and assist with feeding when required
• Conduct regular resident rounds and follow up on care needs

Requirements:

• Current Missouri (MO) Certified Medication Technician (CMT) license
• A passion for elder care and a team-focused mindset
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
