About the role

Responsible for accounting and finance work, including preparing billing documents, tax invoices, and receipts for customers, as well as managing financial records and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Handle accounting and finance tasks
• Prepare billing documents, tax invoices, and receipts for customers
• Prepare and verify the accuracy of receipt vouchers and payment vouchers
• Prepare withholding tax certificates
• Organize and file all types of vouchers for easy reference and quick accounting record entry
• Clear office expenses in the accounting system
• Liaise and coordinate with customers and relevant organizations
• Perform other assigned tasks

About you

• Education: Diploma (HVEC) or Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting
• Accounting work experience of at least 1 year
• Able to use Express accounting software
• Able to use internet and computer with basic programs
• Responsible, diligent, honest, patient, and able to handle work pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work as a team and willing to learn new things
• Able to work 5 days per week (08:30 - 17:30)
