该职位来源于猎聘 职位概要： 初级工程师在项目工程团队的指导下，支持车辆密封系统零部件的设计、验证和文档管理工作。主要协助完成设计资料准备、样件协调、测试支持、基础数据处理等任务，并协助团队与客户、供应商及制造工厂进行沟通。 主要职责/Key Responsibilities： 在项目工程师指导下完成基础工程任务，如图纸更新、数据整理、样件跟踪等。

• Complete basic engineering tasks such as drawing updates, data organization, and prototype tracking under the guidance of project engineers.
• 协助参与子系统或小模块的设计支持工作。
• Assist in providing design support for subsystems or small modules.
• 熟悉并逐步理解公司内部及客户的制造与设计流程。
• Become familiar with and gradually understand internal and customer manufacturing and design processes.
• 能按照规范执行标准化的工程流程。
• Execute standardized engineering processes according to established guidelines.
• 协助准备工程变更文件（ECR），由项目工程师审核与提交。
• Assist in preparing engineering change requests (ECR), to be reviewed and submitted by project engineers.
• 支持组织与参与设计评审，负责会议资料整理与记录。
• Support organizing and participating in design reviews, responsible for documentation and meeting minutes.
• 支持报价阶段的数据收集与基础分析。
• Support data collection and basic analysis during quotation phases.
• 按照指导参与产品验证工作，如准备样件、跟踪测试进度等。
• Participate in product validation tasks as instructed, such as preparing samples and tracking test progress.
• 协助确保设计满足基础功能要求，上级负责最终确认。
• Assist in ensuring designs meet basic functional requirements; final confirmation is handled by senior engineers.
• 协助跨团队技术沟通，主要负责信息整理。
• Assist cross-team technical communication, mainly responsible for consolidating information.
• 跟踪小型任务的时间计划，并向上级汇报风险。
• Track schedules of small tasks and report risks to supervisors.
• 协助 VE/VA（价值优化）活动的准备工作。
• Support preparation of VE/VA (Value Engineering / Value Analysis) activities.
• 在工程师带领下参与问题排查，学习使用 5Why、KT、8D 等工具。
• Participate in issue troubleshooting under engineering guidance, learning tools such as 5Why, KT, and 8D.
• 支持产品试制与测试准备。
• Support product prototyping and test preparation.
• 根据需要参与客户或内部会议，负责会议纪要或辅助性工作。
• Attend customer or internal meetings as needed, responsible for meeting minutes or other support tasks.
• 协助维护 PLM 系统中的图纸、数据和工程文档。
• Assist in maintaining drawings, data, and engineering documents in the PLM system. 任职资格Qualifications：
• 工程类本科或大专学历，欢迎应届毕业生。
• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree in engineering; fresh graduates are welcome.
• 0–2 年相关经验。
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• 具备工程基础知识，能按流程完成任务。
• Basic engineering knowledge and ability to follow processes.
• 能清晰表达并整理技术信息。
• Able to clearly communicate and organize technical information.
• 熟悉 CAD 软件（如 CATIA 或 NX）者优先，可由资深工程师指导。
• Familiarity with CAD software (such as CATIA or NX) is preferred; senior engineers will provide guidance.
• 熟悉 Word、Excel、PowerPoint 等办公软件。
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other office software.
• 对汽车结构、制造流程或材料有基础理解者更佳。
• Basic understanding of automotive structures, manufacturing processes, or materials is a plus.
• 主动学习能力强，愿意持续成长。
• Strong willingness to learn and grow continuously.
• 可根据需要接受短期出差。
• Able to take short business trips when required.
