汽车产品工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位描述： 1、The Product Engineer will work as the lead part of a project team must ensure all deliverables (BOM/2D&3D Drawing/ DFM & DFA report/Etc.) to meet quality, cost and timing requirements of a given project. 产品工程师作为项目中工程团队的主导，需确保所有工程交付物(BOM、2D/3D图纸、DFM/DFA报告)满足质量、成本及时间节点要求。 2、As the customer engineering interface, the product engineer must ensure the transformation, clarification and rationality analysis of the customer engineering standard input, and communicate with the customer on these issues; 产品工程师作为客户端工程接口，需确保客户端工程标准输入的转化、澄清、合理性分析，并与客户进行沟通； 3、Identify key engineering issues and take responsibility to resolve such issue. 识别主要工程问题，并负责主导解决问题 4、Support Quote team with regards to new program business where necessary (Quote development / BOM / Etc)

根据需要支持报价团队的工作（报价开发/BOM表、内外部工程澄清等）

5、Primary Liaison with Customer/Internal for all program engineering related issues.就项目所有相关的产品工程问题与客户/内部跨部门沟通 6、Take responsibility to ensure completion of all activities as part of TS16949 and APQP 负责完成所有TS16949及APQP相关的内容

7、 Work with program team member to ensure seamless launch of new products, and report back to Program manager on engineering status of program on regular basis. 与项目团队共同确保新产品准时启动, 定期向项目经理反馈项目工程状态 任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历；工作英语要求熟练； 2、5年及以上汽车外饰领域产品开发工程经验，有保险杠总成系统或Trim件项目开发经验； 3、掌握A/B面校核，具备一定的DFM/DFA系统分析能力，熟悉GD&T原理和运应用，熟练使用Catia, 具备一定的3D建模能力； 4、熟悉外饰材料特性和工艺技术(注塑、电镀、喷涂、装配等)及检具测量基础知识；具备一定的模具开发知识； 5、了解CAE模拟技术和实验设计； 6、了解并能运用问题解决办法，质量工具，如 VA/VE, DFMEA and Six Sigma； 7、熟悉IATF16949，QS9000；
