• To coordinate and support the project management activities for CMC and all plants in China
• To consult on projects regarding procedure, tools, reporting sustain, improvement and standardization
• To support with regard to project management tools (TtM, Dashboard, Share Point…), project status tracking, auditing and support external activities

Major Responsibilities-List Down The Major Tasks To assist with quotation development/establish and maintain agreed scope and statements of work.

• To plan and manage all project deliverables related to assigned projects.
• To take the responsible for the execution of the Product Realization Process (PRP) for individual development programs in China.
• To predict and resolve resource conflicts with functional managers.
• To maintain P&L accountability and ownership with the use of program PCF's (Project Control Form).
• To foster ownership in project teams by defining and tracking measurable for success
• To keep the contact-communicate with customer, and coordinate the open issues.
• To Generate team commitment and ensure APQP and simultaneous engineering principles are followed.
• To execute LRR (Launch Readiness Review) process in cooperation with Operations management as programs transition to launch phase and start of production.
• To follow and continuously improve program management system, contract review and APQP processes Key Competencies:

Education And Experience

• Bachelor or above in Automotive, industrial engineering or business administration, engineering background is preferred.
• Proficient command of the Mandarin, English language in both spoken and written, the second foreign language is a plus
• The knowledge of project management methods, tools, PMP certification is a plus
• Excellence application of Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project etc.)
• At least 3 years of project management with engineering, manufacturing, quality and purchasing, at international company or in Automotive industry will be a plus
• A minimum of six years combined auto industry experience at OEM supply base
