工作职责:

Responsible for the accurate and efficient management, processing, and tracking of customer compensation orders that have been pre-approved due to quality or service issues. Proactively monitor and track the status of all compensation orders and coordinate with internal resources to maximum fulfill the complaint order delivery requirement.

Order Processing: Receive and process orders for quality-related compensation based on pre-authorized instructions from the Quality Assurance or Technical Service teams.

Order Tracking: Proactively monitor and track the status of all compensation orders from initiation to completion, ensuring processing is finalized and confirmed. Coordinate with Engineering, material planner, or production planner to maximum fulfill customer’s delivery requirement.

System Management: Process transactions within system code ensuring complete data accuracy.

Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain clear and precise records of all compensation transactions for auditing and reporting purposes.

Standard Communication: Issue standardized status updates and confirmation messages to customers regarding the resolution of their compensation claim.

Reporting: Generate routine reports on compensation/ complain order volumes, amounts processed, and order types for management review.

Issue Escalation: Identify and promptly escalate orders that fall outside predefined guidelines or encounter system issues to the supervisor or quality team.

任职条件:

Bachelor above.

Above 5 years working experience in related field

Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.

High level of integrity and a customer-centric mindset. Familiarity with order process and SAP tracking tools.

Good English communication skills on both speaking and writing.

Good skills on MS office and SAP.
