区域销售经理

• Lead and motivate the team to maximise market development for each brand in the region 领导并激励团队以最大化区域各品牌的市场发展
• Responsible for the development and implementation of the regional business plan, regular review of its implementation and continuous improvement 负责制定并执行地区业务计划，定期回顾计划执行情况并持续改进
• Recruiting, training, coaching and developing team members 招聘、培训、辅导、发展团队成员
• Continuously assess and give feedback on staff performance and develop targeted performance improvement plans 持续评估员工绩效并给予反馈，针对性制定绩效提升计划
• Using the company's CRM system to guide staff to be more effective in their daily work 运用公司CRM系统指导员工提高日常工作有效性
• Ensure that all promotional efforts of the team meet the company's compliance requirements 确保团队各项推广工作符合公司合规要求 Required requisites
• Bachelor's degree or above, medicine related majors preferred 本科及以上学历，医药相关专业优先
• At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical promotion and 1 year of experience in sales management, with excellent market development skills 至少5年以上药品推广工作经历，1年以上销售管理经验，具有出色的市场开拓能力
• Sales management experience in an MNC company preferred 具有MNC公司的销售管理经验优先
• Proficiency in MS Office software 熟练应用MS Office 软件
