About the role

This role provides advisory services to the company's investment, credit, and LBDU units on regulatory requirements, company policies, and practices related to investment, credit, and LBDU operations in accordance with regulations from SEC, SET, BoT, and OIC.

Key responsibilities

• Advise investment, credit, and LBDU units on regulatory requirements from supervisory authorities, company policies, and relevant practices for investment, credit, and LBDU business operations
• Monitor, analyse, and assess the impact of new regulations from supervisory authorities and support policy or process improvements for investment, credit, and LBDU units
• Monitor and review the operations of investment, credit, and LBDU units on advised matters to ensure compliance with regulations and established guidelines
• Support or conduct reviews and monitoring on matters related to regulations and requirements for investment, credit, and LBDU
• Audit, analyse root causes, and provide recommendations and guidance for resolving compliance risk issues identified from quality audits
• Coordinate and prepare information for inspections by supervisory authorities including SEC, SET, BoT, and OIC
• Support compliance knowledge sharing and training for company personnel
• Communicate guidelines and regulatory updates to business units, investment, credit, and LBDU units

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Law (cumulative GPA 2.8 or above or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in legal advisory and compliance oversight in investment, credit, or LBDU operations
• Experience working in securities companies, mutual fund companies, life insurance companies, or related units, or providing investment advisory services
