Consulting Our Consulting team helps clients improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their finance operations.

The Team utilises their accounting, organisation and technical skills to help enhance the core transaction processing and reporting competencies of the finance function, while strengthening its ability to support management decision-making and corporate strategy.

Responsibilities The main job objective is to provide consulting advice and service to clients to support the varying needs in improving finance function including financial transformation strategy, finance and management reporting, financial modelling and analysis, KPI, BI/data analysis, budgeting , treasury management , production cost management and the other performance management in finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of 5 years'(for Mgr) / 3 years’ (for SA) working experience, preferably with 2 years in a business consulting firm taking a leading role in project delivery.
• Strong business acumen, with rich experience in one or more of the following areas:

Financial transformation from strategy to implementation;

Financial and management reporting;

KPI design/BI/Data analysis;

Budging

Business analysis/business planning

Cost analysis

Treasure management

• Experience working in Big-4 firms or other global consulting firm is a plus
• Financial BP experience in manufacturing / retail/ TMT industry is a plus
• Demonstrated trusted advisor with in-depth understanding of the industry and market.
• Strong capability to learn new technologies rapidly and solve complex technical challenges.
• Demonstrated management skills, including the ability to train and develop staff manage project budgets, and develop strong client relationships.
• Proven capabilities in delivering business transformation projects and programs.
• Ability to direct high-performing teams across the organization through strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Willing to travel within region for projects.
