Job Description

• Plan and manage new store opening timelines to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Conduct store readiness inspections before the official opening using an Opening Checklist.
• Manage and control relevant documentation, including PRs, POs, contracts, and payment/reimbursement documents.
• Monitor and control project budgets in accordance with approved allocations.
• Prepare equipment lists and coordinate the purchasing, receiving, and distribution of store-opening equipment.
• Provide on-site support to operational teams during store openings.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to management.
• Coordinate with technicians and vendors to resolve outstanding issues after store openings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Direct experience in the mobile phone industry, mobile retail, or a multi-branch service business will be an advantage.
• At least 1 years of experience in project management, such as Project Coordinator, PMO, Business Development, or New Store Opening.
• Good understanding of retail store operations, people management, and budget control.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle unexpected situations effectively.
• Willing and able to travel flexibly to visit branches within the assigned area.
• Able to control budgets and prepare basic financial documents.
• Able to travel to other provinces; candidates with a personal vehicle will be given special consideration.
