About the role

Oversee and ensure the company complies with laws, regulations, and requirements issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Insurance Commission, and other regulatory authorities in product supervision, market conduct, and business governance related to the company's operations, including life insurance business, securities brokerage units (LBDU), and unit-linked life insurance. Ensure the company adheres to fair market conduct principles, provide training and awareness on legal compliance to personnel, and coordinate between the company and regulatory authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise compliance with laws and regulations in business operations
• Provide legal advice and guidance on regulatory compliance
• Conduct control and audit reviews of operational practices
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and government agencies
• Train and build awareness among personnel on legal compliance requirements
• Monitor fair market conduct practices across the organization

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Accounting, Engineering, or related field (cumulative GPA 2.8 or above)
• Minimum 7 years of work experience in one or more of the following: regulatory compliance supervision, legal work and advisory services, audit and control review, insurance business, financial institutions, or businesses regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission
• Bar examination pass (special consideration)
• International certification in anti-money laundering or related laws, risk management, audit (special consideration)
• Master's degree in business law, corporate governance, internal audit, risk management, or financial/insurance business (special consideration)
