What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 通过内部系统接收客服中心转来的中央空调报修信息，并及时派工至下属服务公司（非终端对接，无电话客服压力，5点半下班后至晚9点左右，如有接入工单，需用手机APP派出，对此介意请勿扰）； 2. 负责售后服务相关数据的查询、统计与整理，输出基础分析报表； 3. 跟踪售后服务关键指标（如及时率、完成率等），协助进行异常预警与基础分析； 4. 负责部门售后维保业务OA合同流程和印信跟进与处理； 5. 管理配件订单，协调维修公司配件申请与发放记录; 6.部门其他日常事务. 任职要求： 1. 统招本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2. 熟练使用Excel，具备数据处理能力； 3. 有家电/中央空调售后服务相关工作经验者优先； 4. 工作细致严谨，责任心强，具备良好的沟通与协作能力.
