该职位来源于猎聘 工作内容及职责： 1、负责进行压缩机用电机产品零件设计加工、装机测试、数据分析制定方案，完成产品开发设计开发； 2、研究试验新方案新技术，改善马达性能及成本； 3、协助内部重点项目的推进； 4、跟进、分析并解决产品批量生产推进过程异常； 5、上司安排的其他业务。 任职要求： 1、本科及以上 2、有空调压缩机行业经验（三菱、凌达等优先考虑）； 3、多年永磁电机设计方面经验者优先考虑。
