• Good knowledge of instrumental analytics, polymer- and physical-chemistry.
• Previous experience in the coating or printing industry is preferred, but not requested.
• Independent, target-oriented and organized work attitude with a high degree of self-motivation (like in a Master and/or PhD thesis).
• Good communication skills in English and readiness to work in an international team.

• Development of innovative products from lab stage to mass production including the evaluation and documentation of product performance with respect to workability and customer specifications.
• Work together with other departments like mixing, production, quality control, converting, quality assurance and sales to ensure on time and within budget realization of projects.
• Moreover in this position she/he will support mixing, production, sales and customers in regards of technical questions.
• To support the continuous improvement of our products and the development of new technical solutions, the R&D Chemist will furthermore search for new or alternative raw materials and evaluate those on the lab- and production-stage. Depending on the results she/he will support the transfer of new raw materials into industrial production.
• Keep open mind to new area, can creatively understand and solve problems. Observation of trends and technological progress in the market is an additional part of the job description. 1. 开发创新产品，从实验室阶段到大规模生产，包括根据可操作性和客户规格对产品性能进行评估和记录。
