Thermal Management Software Engineer 动力域-热管理开发工程师 Location: Shanghai/ Jiangsu Rugao (prefer) 地点：上海/江苏如皋（优先） As an Embedded Software Developer, you will play a key role in building safety-critical, real-time thermal management domain systems in a modern automotive environment for both ICE and BEV products, with a core focus on three-electric system thermal management. 作为嵌入式软件开发者，你将在现代化汽车研发体系中，为燃油及纯电车型构建安全关键级实时热管理域系统，核心聚焦三电系统热管理开发。

• As a developer in our team, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle development of three-electric thermal management domain software, covering requirement definition, control strategy design, model-based development, code implementation, testing verification and document delivery. 作为团队开发人员，负责三电热管理域软件全生命周期开发，覆盖需求定义、控制策略设计、模型化开发、代码实现、测试验证及文档交付全流程。
• Develop and optimize thermal management control strategies for battery system, e-drive system, power electronics and cabin HVAC, including heat pump system control, cooling/heating circuit scheduling, temperature threshold calibration and energy efficiency optimization. 开发并优化电池系统、电驱系统、电力电子及座舱空调的热管理控制策略，涵盖热泵系统控制、冷热回路调度、温度阈值标定与能效优化。
• Software development is done in C language, as well as model-based development with Matlab/Simulink. 软件开发采用 C 语言实现，同时涉及基于 Matlab/Simulink 的模型化开发工作。
• Testing is conducted via unit test, SIL (Software-in-the-Loop) testing, and in-vehicle validation. 测试工作涵盖单元测试、软件在环（SIL）测试及实车验证。 Qualifications and skills资质及技能 We believe you bring most of the following qualifications: 我们希望你具备以下多数资质与技能：
• A master’s degree in a relevant field such as Vehicle Engineering, Thermal Energy Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering 车辆工程、热能工程、计算机科学或电气工程等相关专业硕士学位
• 4+ years of experience in automotive thermal management software development, control system development or embedded software development; experience with full-cycle mass production projects of new energy vehicles is preferred. 4 年以上汽车热管理软件开发、控制系统开发或嵌入式软件开发经验，有新能源车型全周期量产项目经验优先。
• Strong background in C language and Matlab/Simulink development 扎实的 C 语言与 Matlab/Simulink 开发基础
• Good knowledge of three-electric thermal system integration (battery system, e-motor, cooling system, etc.)

深入理解三电热系统集成（电池系统、电驱、冷却系统等）相关知识者优先

• Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, CAN FD, Ethernet) 了解汽车通信协议（如 CAN、CAN FD、以太网）
• Experience with standard testing methodologies (unit test, integration test, SIL, in-vehicle test) 具备标准测试方法应用经验（单元测试、集成测试、软件在环测试、实车测试）
• Experience working with functional safety in compliance with ISO 26262 具备遵循 ISO 26262 标准开展功能安全开发的相关经验
• Fluent oral English, capable of independently participating in English meetings and conducting technical communication
• 英语口语流利，可独立参与英文会议并开展技术沟通
