该职位来源于猎聘 Job Description：

• Ensure a supply availability of the world-class quality of rubber, EVA, PU, and thermoplastic components and adhesive applications, and other chemical products from T1/T2 within the country. Acts as the expert technical resource to the BU for all chemical related issues.
• Provides the technical expertise to ensure compliance of rubber and EVA compounds , monitors compliance, and modifies formulations as standards evolve.
• Engages with Innovation teams to understand consumer and business requirements and leads research, experimentation, formulation, testing, and effective transition of compounds, materials, and processes from development to production.
• Support sustainability initiatives with T1/T2/T3, Brands, and Innovation team on the sustainable topic of bottom materials or finished components i.e. Bio-based, Loop Recycle, Organic fillers, Low carbon footprint in manufacturing processes, Eco & Environment friendly raw-material, FSC rubber.

Education & Certifications Required

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent work experience

Year(s) of Experience & Background Required

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in polymer development and Production footwear
• Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of rubber, EVA, PU, foam manufacturing processes.
• Expert knowledge in footwear bottoming material compounding for all Rubber, EVA, PU, TPU, TPE, and other polymer and foaming materials
• Extensive knowledge of footwear bottom component commercialization process and with expertise in product and process engineering.
• Familiar with industrial test standards for bottoms for footwear applications
• Experience working in innovation field and concept realization for new polymers/foams
• Knowledge and expertise in mold making for bottoming materials
