该职位来源于猎聘 1、负责区域内大型建筑总包、业主或设计院等客户的开发与维护； 2、制定并执行销售计划，达成销售目标； 3、参与项目的洽谈，确保项目顺利进行，并及时解决项目实施过程中的问题； 4、协调内部资源，确保项目按时交付；并负责预付款、结算款、质保金的回款； 5、维护良好的客户关系，提升客户满意度。 岗位要求： 1、本科及以上学历，土木建筑、市场营销、英语等相关专业； 2、形象气质佳，会开车； 3、拥有野心的目标，想赚钱；善于与人沟通交流；思路清晰； 5、主要工作区域为江西、湖南、福建、海外。实习期2.5-3k/月，转正4-6k/月，驻海外有补贴（面谈）
