该职位来源于猎聘 Job Title: AI Engineer - Custom Model Development & Incubation About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and innovative AI Engineer to join our team and drive the development of customized AI models for mobile devices, with a focus on enhancing user experiences for children and senior populations. This role will involve adapting and training open-source AI models, collaborating with external partners on incubation projects, new AI technology scotting and prototyping cutting-edge AI solutions. You will play a crucial role in translating research and concepts into tangible, user-friendly applications. Responsibilities:

• Model Customization and Training:
• Adapt and fine-tune open-source AI models (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers) for optimal performance on mobile platforms. o Develop and implement training pipelines for specialized datasets tailored to children and senior users. o Optimize model size and efficiency for resource-constrained mobile environments.
• Mobile AI Development:
• Integrate trained AI models into mobile applications (Android) o Develop and implement efficient inference strategies for real-time AI processing on mobile devices. o Ensure seamless integration of AI features with existing mobile app functionalities.
• Incubation and Prototyping:
• Collaborate with external partners to execute incubation projects focused on AI innovation. o Design and develop prototypes to demonstrate the feasibility and value of new AI technologies. o Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of prototype performance and user experience.
• User-Centric AI:
• Prioritize the development of AI solutions that address the specific needs and challenges of children and senior users. o Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform model development and feature design. o Ensure AI solutions are accessible, intuitive, and safe for diverse user groups.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define project requirements and deliverables. o Communicate technical concepts and findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. o Document code, models, and development processes. o Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and mobile development. Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms. o Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). o Experience with mobile development (Android) and integrating AI models into mobile apps. o Experience with model optimization and deployment for mobile devices. o Experience with working with LLMs, and transformer models. o Experience with cloud based AI services.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. o Excellent communication and collaboration skills. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Preferred Qualifications:
