暖通设计管理工程师/机电工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 ROLE To manage and coordinate the design development work in compliance with the contract programme and Employer’s Requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set-up and manage design input from client for the relevant designer, architect, LDI and other consultant for design development purpose.
• Prepare of all aspects of technical reports, such as design review report, technical study report etc
• Assist in the preparation of other reports, such as budget / costs report.
• Provide engineering advice and support to GLEEDS staff and clients as required.
• Manage the quality of design work from relevant designer, architect, LDI and other consultants.
• Manage the progress of design work by relevant designer, architect, LDI and other consultants.
• Attend site as required for the purposes of technical meeting, commissioning and inspection.
• Provide and offer input and assistance as required and directed by manager and other senior GLEEDS staff. REQUIRED STANDARD OF QUALIFICATIONS
• 1st Degree in M&E Engineering or related.
• Charted design certificate, and familiar with Chinese and local city design code and standard. EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE Knowledge & Experience
• 5 years relevant experience in the design development or design coordination work.
• Working knowledge of relevant China codes;
• Working experience with western clients and projects.
• Intermediate of spoken and written in English.
• Skill of design reviewing and monitoring progress of the Detailed Design
• Woking knowledge of the design & specification of relevant engineering services. Functional Skills
