内地产品开发主管

该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities：

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization for The Point loyalty platform in China, translating business goals into a structured delivery plan
• Technical Integration & System Architecture: Lead end-to-end technical integration of loyalty platform components including point engine, CRM, data pipelines, payment gateways, and third-party APIs; coordinate with HK tech team and Mainland vendors to ensure seamless cross-border system interoperability
• Data Pipeline & Analytics Enablement: Oversee data architecture and pipeline design connecting transaction systems, member profiles, and analytics layers; ensure data integrity, real-time event tracking, and compliance with China data regulations (PIPL, Cybersecurity Law, DSL)
• User Experience design : Partner with UX designers to define user experience standards for the WeChat Mini Program and drive feature iterations based on engagement and conversion data
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors, system integrators, and internal stakeholders across HK headquarters and Mainland mall teams.
• Cross-Border Feature Alignment: Collaborate with the HK The Point product team to align feature parity and crossborder loyalty mechanics (e.g., earn/burn across HK and Mainland properties), adapting product requirements to the Mainland regulatory and market context
• Agile Delivery & Release Management: Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination with development teams; manage go-to-market readiness with operations, customer service, and marketing stakeholders across all Mainland mall deployments
• QA & Incident Governance: Establish product QA standards, user acceptance testing protocols, and incident escalation procedures; ensure platform stability and rapid resolution of production issues across all Mainland properties 产品策略与路线图：定义并主导 中国忠诚度平台的产品愿景、路线图与功能优先级，将业务目标转化为结构化的交付计划 技术集成与系统架构：主导忠诚度平台各组件的端到端技术集成，包括积分引擎、CRM、数据管道、支付网关及第三方 API；与香港技术团队及内地供应商协作，确保跨境系统无缝互通 数据管道与分析赋能：监督连接交易系统、会员画像与分析层的数据架构与管道设计；确保数据完整性、实时事件追踪，并符合中国数据法规（个人信息保护法、网络安全法、数据安全法） 用户体验设计：与用户体验设计师合作，为微信小程序制定用户体验标准，并根据互动与转化数据推动功能迭代 供应商与利益相关者管理：管理与技术供应商、系统集成商，以及香港总部和内地商场团队等内部利益相关者的关系。 跨境功能对齐：与香港 The Point 产品团队合作，对齐功能一致性与跨境忠诚度机制（例如在香港与内地物业之间累积/兑换积分），并根据内地监管与市场环境调整产品需求 敏捷交付与发布管理：推动冲刺规划、待办事项梳理，并与开发团队协调发布；与运营、客户服务及市场团队协作，确保各内地商场部署的上市准备就绪 质量保证与事故治理：制定产品质量保证标准、用户验收测试规范及事故升级流程；确保平台稳定并快速解决各内地物业的生产问题 Candidate Requirements：
• Minimum 8 years in digital product management, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role overseeing consumerfacing platforms in retail, e-commerce, fintech, or loyalty programs
• Proven hands-on experience managing CRM platforms and designing loyalty program features including earn/burn mechanics, tier management, member segmentation, and reward catalogs
• Solid understanding of system architecture, API integration (REST/GraphQL), data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure; able to author technical specifications and engage credibly with engineering teams and vendors without direct coding
• Hands-on experience shipping WeChat mini programs to production with familiarity of platform guidelines and Chinese ecosystem.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge HK headquarters and Mainland teams effectively in written and verbal communication in Mandarin Chinese and English.
