Forming tool and machine investment requirement specification / pre-acceptance / final acceptance.

• 处理成型设备相关的技术问题，提供技术支持。

Technology related trouble shooting for forming machine.

• 编制卷边、冲压、软清洗等工艺的 PFMEA、作业指导书、工艺参数及 TPM 文件。

Prepare PFMEA / WI / Parameter / TPM document for curling / stamping / soft washing process.

• 负责冲压工装的维护管理。

Responsible for stamping tool maintenance.

• 负责成型工装的改制及耗材管理。

Responsible for forming tool modification and consumption.

• 推动年度降本/增效项目的实施。

Responsible for ratio item every year added.

• 支持与成型工艺相关的客户审核。 Support customer audit that related to forming process.
• 负责新操作工、调机员等的岗位技能培训。

Training For New Operator / Setter Etc. 任职要求 / Qualifications

• 8年以上冲压工艺经验，包含小尺寸产品冲压经验（如精密电子、微型零部件等）。

8+ years of stamping process experience, with mandatory experience in small-size stamping parts (e.g., precision electronics, micro components).

• 有精冲经验者优先。

Fine blanking experience is a strong plus.

• 沟通能力强，能跨部门高效协作。

Strong communication skills.

• 抗压能力强，能适应快节奏生产环境。

Ability to work under pressure.

• 逻辑思维清晰，具备系统化分析与解决问题能力。

Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
