• 指导或参与重大合同签署和客户降本谈判工作

任职资格: Qualification 教育背景: Education background ◆ 本科 以上学历,工科或者商务、贸易等专业。MBA教育背景更佳 Bachelor or above. Engineering or business, trading specialty education. MBA preferred.

培训经历: Training experience: ◆产品知识、ISO9001/IATF16949等体系方面的培训。 Trained in product knowledge and ISO9001/IATF16949 systems. ◆工艺知识方面的培训 Trained in technology & processing knowledge

验: Experience ◆10年以上工作经验； Have working experience for more than 10 years. ◆熟悉公司产品的生产流程、用途，具有广泛的电工钢、模具、设备、电机和生产工艺方面的知识。 Familiar with production process and the applications of the company's products, have broad knowledge of electrical steel, tooling, equipment, motor and process.

技能技巧: Skills ◆熟练的英语听说读写能力； Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing; ◆具有优秀的领导力、团队合作能力、谈判能力和沟通能力。 With outstanding leadership, teamwork spirit, negotiation and communication ability.
