ควบคุมดูแลการปฏิบัติงานและให้คำแนะนำพนักงานภายในร้านให้เป็นไปตามกฎระเบียบของบริษัท
ตรวจทานความสะอาด ทำความสะอาดร้านทุกวัน และเช็คความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยของสินค้า ป้ายราคาให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท
จัดสำรองเงินทอนให้เพียงพอ ตรวจสอบ จัดทำเอกสารรายงานต่างๆ เช่น การปรับราคาในเครื่อง POS, การยกเลิกใบเสร็จ
ตรวจสอบจำนวนเงินที่ได้จากการขาย, ทำรายงานยอดเงินขาดหรือเกิน, รายงานยอดขาย และนำเงินเข้าบัญชีทุกวัน
