- 负责区域代理商日常运营管理；
- 制定代理商激励政策、培训支持与市场推广计划
- 协助代理商服务下游眼镜连锁、视光中心、医疗渠道，传统眼镜店客户；
- 销售数据分析，优化渠道结构，带领代理商团队确保业绩目标达成； 5.核心客户关系维护，提升渠道稳定性与合作深度。 任职资格：
- 本科以上学历，35岁以内优先
2.3年以上快消品、眼镜、镜片或相关行业，代理商销售管理经验工作经验优先
- 具备渠道开拓，商务谈判、统筹规划与问题解决能力；
- 结果导向，抗压能力强，可接受区域内(云南/四川省内)出差
