• Conduct in-depth analysis of domestic and international market trends to guide product planning.Collaborate closely with the US headquarters to evaluate and refine new product development initiatives.
• Develop and execute efficient product development plans, overseeing project timelines, quality, and deliverables.Optimize project management workflows to improve cross-departmental collaboration and resolve complex development challenges.
• Leverage innovative product solutions to strengthen brand identity and market influence. Partner with the marketing team to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.
• Establish and update product technical standards and specifications based on user insights and product roadmaps. Ensure forward-thinking design principles and scientific rigor in product development.
• Track and analyze industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. II. Job Requirements
• Extensive experience in product development and management within the sporting goods industry, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer needs.
• Deep knowledge of sporting goods design, material science, and manufacturing processes.Strong technical innovation and integration capabilities, with a keen interest in emerging materials and technologies.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams, foster collaboration, and build a high-performance culture.
