• Independently create and develop original womenswear design in line with brand DNA, seasonal themes, and high-end aesthetic positioning.
• Analyze product and market data to optimize designs for the Chinese domestic market, balancing creativity with commercial viability.
• Research global fashion trends (color, silhouette, fabric, detail) and translate insights into commercial and original design proposals.
• Select premium fabrics, trims, and materials to ensure high-quality standards and brand consistency.
• Liaise and collaborate closely with the design team based in Milan to align design direction, share proposals, and follow up on collection development.
• Work with pattern, sample, and technical teams to ensure design integrity, fit, and production feasibility. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field. 2.3–5 years of design experience in high-end or contemporary luxury women’s wear.
• Strong fashion sense and sophisticated aesthetic judgment for luxury women’s apparel.
• Direct experience working with European teams is a plus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) for daily communication with global teams.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Detail-oriented, creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
