该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 1.负责动力电池系统热管理及热安全防护设计开发； 2.负责动力电池热电耦合及热失控安全仿真技术研究 3.负责电池热箱、针刺、挤压、过充、热扩散等测试的仿真，为电池安全性提出改善方向； 4.负责动力电池热管理部品及热安全防护部品设计开发 5.动力电池热管理前沿技术研究、 任职要求： 1、博士学历，热能工程、工程热物理、流体等专业相关专业 ； 2、两年及以上工作经验，具有海外工作经验者优先考虑； 3、两年及以上电池热管理、热安全工作经验，熟悉电芯及电池系统热特性，熟练使用流体和热仿真软件
