内地数据与分析主管

该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities：

• Lead the design, development and implementation of comprehensive data and analytics strategy for The Point China loyalty program, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure loyalty program performance, translate data insights into actionable business recommendations
• Key track on overall program results and performance by property, identify risks and opportunities, advice on overall governance and best practices
• Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources, create and maintain unified customer profiles and tagging
• Build and manage a high-performing analytics team, establishing best practices for data analysis, visualization, and reporting
• Translate business requirements to technical requirements and work with IT and vendors to deliver operationally stable solutions
• Ensure data governance, privacy compliance, and security standards are maintained in accordance with Chinese regulations

• 8+ years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, building and developing analytics teams
• Experience contributing to the system design or architecture of analytics platforms and data infrastructure
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills, experience with languages such as Python, R, or SQL would be a plus
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact through data-driven insights
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or loyalty program analytics
• Strong understanding of customer analytics, segmentation, and predictive modeling techniques
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese
