客户质量经理

该职位来源于猎聘 Main Responsibilities / Tasks:

• Follow up of Customers complaints;
• Communicate with customer and internally;
• Management of Corrective and improvement action plan;
• Realization of products and process Audit;
• Follow up of 8D and communication inside deadline answer to customers;
• Follow up of Quality indicators: PPM, complaints;
• Implementation or modification of Internal Quality documentation in case of evolution of procedure, working instruction, manual etc…
• Manage all internal improvement plans to fulfil customer satisfaction;
• Realization of products and process audit in order to evaluate process conformity;
• Local Support to Central organization for APQP during project development;
• Comply with ESH policy and procedure, implement ESH responsibilities, carry out ESH activities, keep all operations in line with ESH requirements and deliver ESH performance;
• Other tasks assigned by superior. Qualifications/Requirements:

University above degree with more than 8 years working experience in the field of customer service and quality management.

• Customer relationship knowledge;
• Experience in automotive industry preferred;
• Knowledge of ISO TS 16949 or ISO 9001;
• Techniques of problems solving with quality knowledge;
• Good English communication skills;
• Ability to communicate with customer and internally;
• Sense of order and organization;
• Professionalism;
• Ability to work as a team .
