About the role

Pre-sales Technical Support role supporting Solar PV products and solutions. The position involves presenting and demonstrating Solar PV products such as PV Optimizer and Rapid Shutdown Device (RSD), providing technical information and guidance to customers including EPC, System Installer, and Distributor clients.

Key responsibilities

• Present and demonstrate Solar PV products including PV Optimizer and Rapid Shutdown Device (RSD)
• Provide technical information and guidance to EPC, System Installer, and Distributor customers
• Gather customer requirements and coordinate with engineering teams and headquarters
• Support product presentations, technical documents, and marketing materials
• Support exhibitions, seminars, and customer events
• Research competitor information, pricing, and Solar PV market trends in Thailand
• Manage and coordinate with customers including meetings and site visits
• Communicate and coordinate in Thai and English with customers, engineering teams, and headquarters
• Support business coordination and operations within Thailand

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Solar PV, or related field
• Experience in Pre-sales, Technical Support, Sales Engineer, Technical Engineer, or Solar PV is highly considered
• Foundational knowledge of Solar PV systems and related products
• Ability to present products and explain technical information clearly to customers
• Strong Thai and English communication skills in speaking, reading, and writing
• Skills in communication, coordination, and problem-solving
• Ability to work with engineering teams, customers, and contractors
• Ability to travel to meet customers and participate in marketing activities
