网络运维

工作内容:

• 负责项目的日常网络问题故障热线接听

• 负责客户咨询的网络问题解决

• 升级内部资源进行网络问题解决

• 配合团队进行项目相关的网络部署和技术支持工作。

-领导交办的其他任务。

任职要求:

• 本科及以上学历，计算机，网络工程相关专业优先；

• 1年及以上网络工程或相关领域工作经验，具备CCNA能能力；

• 熟悉路由器、交换机/防火墙等网络设备的配置与管理；

• 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神；

• 英文日常沟通能力，能够粤语沟通。

• 适应出差或驻场工作。

两周轮班一次，

一周早班：周一到周五早7.15到下午3.45，周六值班早8.00到下午4.30，

一周正常班：周一到周五早9.00到晚5.30，其中选一天调休

Job Responsibilities:

* Handle daily project network issue hotline calls.

* Provide solutions to customers' network-related inquiries.

* Escalate internal resources for network problem resolution.

* Assist the team with project-related network deployment and technical support tasks.

* Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related fields.

* At least 1 year of experience in network engineering or related areas, with CCNA-level competence.

* Familiar with the configuration and management of routers, switches, and firewalls.

* Strong communication skills and team spirit.

* Able to communicate in English for daily work and in Cantonese.

Other Requirements:

• Able to travel or work on-site as required.

Work Schedule

Rotational shift every two weeks:

- Week 1 (Early Shift): Monday to Friday, 7:15 AM – 3:45 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

- Week 2 (Normal Shift): Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with one day off during the week.
