技术服务工程师（牛皮革方向）

该职位来源于猎聘 摘要/目标： 与销售团队一起为中国区的皮革业务提供优秀的技术支持。与研发部门合作开发我们的产品系列，以满足市场需求。收集有关竞争对手、市场发展和产品趋势的信息。 Essential Functions/基本职能：

• Develop local products and enhance the localization of global products to better adapt to the local market by working together with the R&D department to develop local formulation or modify global formula to better suit the local market. - 与研发部门合作，配合开发本土产品和提升全球产品的本土化，以更好地适应本地市场，从而为中国市场开发和发展皮革产品。
• Conduct and manage application tests in the respect area to fulfill development and customer needs. -在相关领域进行并管理产品的应用测试，以满足研发和客户的需求。
• Working with sales/marketing team to promote technology & products through customer visits, trials & product comparison, & presentations and other means. - 与销售和市场团队合作，通过拜访客户、产品试用和产品比较、演示及其他方式推广技术和产品。
• Provide technical support to customers and the production department. - 为客户和生产部门提供技术支持。
• Working with our R&D to develop new articles. Do testing for all new products with R&D. - 与研发部门合作开发新产品并对对所有新产品进行测试。
• Investigate customer complaints, identify the root course, and take preventive actions. - 调查客户投诉，找出问题根源并采取预防措施。
• Participate and conduct technical projects, analyze & summarize results, and communicate internally & also externally with customers. - 参与和执行技术项目，分析和总结结果，并与客户进行内部和外部的沟通。
• Communicate effectively with customers, account managers, suppliers, and internal colleagues; maintain and build customer relationships through technical support, communications, and visits. - 与客户、客户经理、供应商和内部同事进行有效的沟通；通过技术支持、沟通和拜访来维护和建立客户关系。
• Identify and initiate customer projects, innovation projects, and cost reduction projects. - 确定并启动客户项目、创新项目和降本项目。
• Develop new key account according to company policy. - 根据公司政策开发新的大客户。
• Reporting all information as well on time. - 及时报告所有信息。 Required Education and Experience/所需教育和经验：
• College’s degree with Light Chemical Engineering (Leather Engineering Direction) major 大专学历, 轻化工程专业（皮革方向）
• More than 5 years tannery working experience - 5 年以上皮革厂的工作经验
• Leather technology skill is a must - 必须掌握皮革技术
