l 中學程度或以上;

l 具 1 年或以上大廈維修工作經驗;
l 能獨立處理水電、冷氣、油漆、泥水及木工維修工作;
l 良好溝通能力;
l 能書寫簡單的中文報告。
職責:
l 維修故障的大廈設備以恢復正常運作;
l 與前線人員合作確保提供高效率的維修服務;
l 對各類型大廈設備進行安裝及測試;
l 執行緊急維修工作;
l 進行日常保養、安裝及維修大設施。
