מטריקס מגייסת מועמד/ת בעל/ת יכולות אנליטיות וארגוניות גבוהות להובלת הטמעת מערכות ניהול ושימור ידע בארגון. התפקיד כולל: הטמעת מערכות ניהול ושימור ידע, תקינה ותפעול שוטף של המערכות, כולל הזנת נתונים, הפקה וניתוח נתונים. ניהול ותמיכה בפרויקט שימור ידע והנגשתו בפורטל הארגוני. ניסיון מוכח (ב-12 החודשים האחרונים) ביישום מערכות מידע, ניהול תוכן ואפיון תהליכים ויישומם במערכות.כישורים ויכולות: מיומנות גבוהה ביישומי Office ויכולת למידה מהירה של מערכות ממוחשבות.
יכולת עבודה עצמאית, ראייה מערכתית וסדר וארגון. יכולת ניסוח גבוהה (בעל-פה ובכתב), למידה מתמשכת ועמידה בלחץ וריבוי משימות .יתרון: ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכת חילן פרוני. ניסיון בניהול פרויקטים של ניהול ידע.
