About the role

This role involves client expansion, product sales, channel development, customised services, and market feedback collection for asset management products in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain private banking, family office, and high-net-worth individual clients in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area, establishing long-term partnerships
• Manage fundraising and sales channels for private equity funds, structured notes, bond funds, FOF and other asset management products
• Liaise with brokers, banks, wealth management institutions and other channels to drive product listing and joint marketing
• Design customised investment solutions based on client needs and provide asset allocation advice
• Collect client and channel feedback, and work with product teams to optimise product design and marketing strategy

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to finance, economics, or management majors
• 3 or more years of sales experience in financial institutions
• Verifiable sales track record, such as annual sales volume of 1 billion or above or ranking among the top in similar products
• Mature network of institutional clients, channel clients, or high-net-worth individual clients
• Familiar with private equity funds, bonds, notes, FOF and other asset management products, with professional asset allocation capabilities
• Fluent in Mandarin; good English or Cantonese as working language
• Hold relevant Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission licences (Type 1, 4 or 9) or meet conditions to obtain them
• Hold Hong Kong work visa (Talent Pass/Quality Migrant Admission Scheme/Skilled Worker/IANG or similar)
