Leads architecture and integration technical decisions within assigned scope.

Acts as primary interface between Algorithm, BSW and data management teams.

Directly impacts delivery quality, integration efficiency, software stability, and release readiness.

Manages high-complexity dependencies across standards, interfaces, tools, and simulation process.

Main Responsibility: Define and maintain DAS algorithm software architecture and configuration based on existing baseline.

Represent the Algorithm team in system architecture definition and lead assigned requirement implementation.

Review and control the algorithm integration process.

Define toolchain strategy and drive joint development for pipelines.

Establish and promote data-driven development practices.

Set up, maintain, and optimize the simulation environment for algorithm development and validation.Produce software component allocation plans and architecture baselines.

Covers AUTOSAR component allocation, interface configuration, and framework code generation.

Participate in system architecture reviews and provide algorithm-side technical inputs.

Decompose system requirements into algorithm implementation work packages and track closure.

Follow integration entry criteria, process checkpoints, and quality gates.

Define toolchain process, identify automation opportunities, and co-develop key tools.

Build and maintain data workflows for collection, quality control, analysis, and feedback loops.

Set up simulation frameworks, scenario libraries, and regression baselines.

Ensure consistency between simulation and target environments; support reproducibility and root-cause analysis.

Main Profile: Must have good software troubleshooting skills.

Must be good at teamwork and be a good learner.

Proficient in Python and/or C/C++/CMake.
